Catchment
We require a catchment of minimally 700pax per day.
Space Requirement
The space needs to be about 700sm.
The facility must be zoned for F&B usage and come with a full kitchen or requisite restaurant utilities/ amenities (exhaust, aircon, purification system).
Investment Partner
We are open to co-invest in the fit-out of the cafeteria to a standard of approximately ¥3500psm.
Subsidies
Options to work on a cost-share model or direct subsidy to staff.
We are open to new ideas.
Payment
Payment can be made via where's my lunch Prepaid Cards, Sodexo Cards, or prepaid into our corporate account in advance, wechat pay and applepay.
We offer total transparency with our revenue & accounts.
Licencing
We can operate with either a Canteen License under the Landlord/ Corporation OR we can undertake restaurant licensing under us.
